Email includes: caller name/number, timestamp, transcript, audio clip link, and suggested response options. Nora flags urgent keywords ('urgent', 'emergency', 'call immediately') and escalates those to an alert. You can reply directly from the email—Nora will call the person back or send an SMS response. All voicemails stored in a searchable Google Sheet log organized by date and caller.
