When an email hard-bounces, Nora removes it from your active contacts/lists in SendGrid and Google Sheets. It categorizes bounces: invalid address, mailbox full, blocked domain, etc. You get a weekly report of all bounces with patterns ('50 Microsoft.com bounces—possible change?'). Nora won't send to bounced addresses again unless you manually re-add them (with verification). Keeps ISPs happy and ensures your emails land in inboxes, not spam.
