Uptime & Performance Monitor
Verify your site is fast and online — hourly from 5 geographic regions
Nora monitors your Vercel site uptime and performance from 5 global locations hourly, alerting on slowdowns or outages.
Your users are global. A site that's blazingly fast in the US might be slow in India. Nora performs synthetic monitoring from 5 geographic locations (US-East, US-West, EU, Asia, Australia) and measures: response time, time-to-first-byte (TTFB), Largest Contentful Paint (LCP), and availability. Hourly, Nora checks your site and stores metrics. If response time exceeds 2 seconds from any region, you get an alert. If your site is down in any region, you get an immediate alert with region details. Over time, Nora builds a performance baseline for each region and flags degradation: 'Performance degraded 40% in Asia-Pacific region'. For a global SaaS or e-commerce site, this catches regional issues that user reports might miss. Nora also correlates performance degradation with Vercel deployments — if performance dropped 2 hours after a deploy, it might be related. This automation prevents silent outages.
How it works
- Perform synthetic HTTP request to your Vercel site from 5 global locations
- Measure response time, TTFB, LCP, and first-byte-to-load time
- Store metrics with timestamp and location
- Alert if any region has response time >2s or site returns non-200 status
- Calculate regional averages and flag degradation >20% from baseline
- Correlate performance degradation with recent deployments or infrastructure changes
