You define deal stage rules in HubSpot: 'Proposal stage begins when proposal email is sent' → 'Demo Scheduled stage begins when a demo meeting is booked' → 'Negotiation stage begins when proposal is opened and viewed for 5+ minutes'. Nora monitors these milestones and auto-advances deals when conditions are met. This eliminates the tedious work of manually dragging deals across the board. Example: You send a proposal to Acme Corp (Proposal stage). Nora monitors the proposal link and detects that it was opened and viewed for 8 minutes. The deal auto-advances to 'Demo Scheduled' (if a meeting is already on the calendar) or 'Negotiation' (if they haven't scheduled yet but engagement is high). This keeps your pipeline accurate and up-to-date without you clicking around. Sales managers get real-time visibility into which deals are progressing and which are stalled, enabling faster coaching. The automation respects manual overrides—if you drag a deal backward, it won't auto-advance again until the next milestone hits. Works with any HubSpot pipeline (B2B, B2C, agency, etc.).
