The full email body is captured and visible in Salesforce, so any team member can read the conversation without leaving Salesforce. Example: You email 'alice@acme.com' (in Salesforce as contact 'Alice Smith, Acme Corp') with a proposal. Nora logs: 'Activity: Proposal sent, Jan 15 2 PM, Subject: Acme Marketing Proposal'. Alice replies Jan 17. Nora logs: 'Activity update: Reply received (questions on timeline), Jan 17 10 AM'. Your Salesforce contact card now shows the full email timeline. This eliminates the context-loss scenario where a rep takes over from another and doesn't know what's been discussed. Works with any Salesforce org and email system.
