Any email from a new sender with a business domain automatically creates a HubSpot contact with their name, email, and company (inferred from email domain). Any form submission on your website (contact form, demo request, newsletter signup) creates a contact with all submitted data. You're never manually typing email addresses into HubSpot again. Example: 'alice@acme-corp.com' emails you a sales inquiry. Nora creates a contact: Alice, alice@acme-corp.com, Acme Corp. If Acme Corp is already in HubSpot, it links to the company. A form submission from 'bob@newstartup.io' (Startup Interest form, role: Engineer, company size: 10) creates: Bob, bob@newstartup.io, NewStartup (new company). Nora can even enrich with company data—look up Acme Corp's employee count, industry, and funding from public sources and add to the company record.
