You define opportunity stage transitions in Salesforce: 'Proposal sent' → 'Proposal Sent' stage, 'Demo scheduled and attended' → 'Negotiation' stage, 'Contract sent' → 'Closing' stage. Nora monitors opportunities and watches for milestones: tasks marked complete, calendar events (demo meeting created), or email activity (proposal attachment sent). When a milestone is met, it advances the opp automatically. Example: You create an opportunity for Acme Corp in 'Discovery' stage. You create a calendar invite for 'Acme demo' on Feb 15. Nora auto-advances to 'Demo Scheduled'. Feb 15 arrives, demo meeting ends, you mark the task 'Attend Acme demo' complete. Nora auto-advances to 'Negotiation'. You email a contract. Nora auto-advances to 'Closing'. This keeps your pipeline accurate and real-time without manual stage clicks. Sales managers get visibility into which deals are progressing and which are stalled, enabling faster coaching and deal reviews. You can override stages manually if needed.
