Sales forecasts are usually manual guesses. This automation pulls your Zoho CRM deals, weights them by win probability, and calculates your projected month-end revenue—updated daily.

Manual forecasting is inaccurate and consumed lots of manager time. Sales reps submit their best guesses, managers adjust, and by the time you lock in a forecast it's already stale. This automation pulls all open deals from Zoho CRM every morning. For each deal, it reads the deal amount, stage, and any custom probability field. It calculates a probability for each stage if you don't have custom probabilities: e.g., Proposal = 30%, Negotiation = 60%, Ready to Close = 90%. It then sums: (Deal Amount × Stage Probability) for all deals to get weighted pipeline forecast. It compares to your monthly revenue goal and calculates: % to goal, expected close revenue, and variance. If you're trending 20%+ below goal, Nora sends an alert to your CFO/VP Sales, along with a list of the 10 largest deals and their probabilities (where you can push hardest). Example: Your monthly goal is $500K. Current weighted pipeline is $420K (84% to goal). The forecast shows you're trending $80K short. Alert goes to your VP Sales with the 10 largest deals highlighted. She focuses her time on moving those 10 deals closer to close. By month-end, you hit $510K.
