Nora analyzes your deal pipeline and flags deals stuck in stages

Every week, Nora reviews all deals in Zoho CRM, identifies which ones are moving slowly (more than X days in the same stage), and alerts your manager with recommendations for intervention.

Stalled deals are invisible until it's too late. Without regular pipeline review, a deal can sit in 'Proposal Sent' for 60 days while the seller thinks it's still active. This automation runs weekly (Friday at 4pm default), pulling all open deals from Zoho CRM and analyzing stage velocity. For each deal, Nora calculates: how many days it's been in the current stage, and compares it to your historical average for that stage. If a deal is in a stage 30% longer than average, it's flagged as 'stuck.' Nora then generates a report listing all stuck deals, the deal owner, stage, last activity date, and a suggested action: e.g., 'Acme Corp in Proposal for 21 days (avg 7 days for your reps)—recommend follow-up call.' The report is emailed to your sales manager with the list and summary stats (e.g., '8 of 65 deals are stuck this week'). Example: Your average deal spends 10 days in 'Negotiation.' This week's report flags a deal that's been in Negotiation for 25 days. Your manager immediately calls the rep to find out what's blocking it. Turns out the prospect forgot about the deal. Manager helps the rep re-engage, and the deal moves in three days.
