Weekly Win/Loss Summary

Analyze why you won or lost deals with AI-powered insights

Every week, Nora reviews all deals closed in Pipedrive (won and lost), analyzes deal notes and emails, and generates a summary of common patterns. Spot what's working and what needs fixing.

Sales teams close deals but rarely analyze the patterns behind wins and losses. Without structured insights, you repeat mistakes and miss opportunities to scale what works. This automation runs weekly (Friday afternoon default), pulling all deals closed that week from Pipedrive. For each won deal, Nora reads the deal notes and associated emails to extract key factors: sales cycle length, number of calls, decision-maker engagement, use case category. For each lost deal, it extracts: competitor mentioned, budget concerns, timing issues, feature gaps. Nora then groups these patterns—e.g., 'Deals won by tech SMBs average 3 calls over 6 weeks,' 'Lost deals frequently cite competitor X'—and generates a one-page summary emailed to your VP Sales and sales leaders. Example: Your team closed 12 deals and lost 5 last week. The analysis shows: wins averaged $45K, lost deals were $70K+ (maybe out of scope), and your top closer wins 70% of deals with 3+ calls scheduled. You immediately train your team to book 3 calls minimum.
