This automation syncs your Pipedrive goals (revenue, deal count, activity targets) every day. For each rep, Nora calculates: days elapsed in month, % of goal achieved so far, and projected month-end total based on current pipeline velocity. If a rep is trending 20% below goal, Nora sends an alert to the manager on day 15, giving time to help that rep course-correct. The automation also tracks velocity: e.g., 'You need $50K more in deals closed to hit goal; at your current pace you'll close $45K; talk to your rep today.' You set the goal thresholds (e.g., alert if trending 15%+ below goal) and recipient managers. Nora runs this daily and emails a dashboard every Friday. Example: It's mid-March.
