Automated Follow-Up Scheduling
Nora schedules follow-ups for deals based on stage and context
After each stage change, Nora automatically schedules the next logical follow-up call or email. No more dropped deals due to sellers forgetting when to follow up.
Deals stall when follow-ups slip. A prospect goes quiet, a seller forgets when they should check in, and three weeks pass before the next touch. The deal dies. This automation creates deal-specific follow-up schedules. When a deal enters 'Proposal Sent,' Nora schedules a reminder to call the prospect 3 days later. When it's in 'Negotiation,' she schedules a call in 7 days if no activity. For deals in 'Awaiting Feedback,' she sets a reminder after 10 days. You configure the stage-to-interval mapping (e.g., Proposal Sent → 3 days, Negotiation → 7 days). Nora monitors deals hourly and sends Slack/email reminders to the rep when a follow-up is due. If the rep logs an activity, the reminder is cleared and rescheduled. Example: A prospect sends a proposal back with questions. Deal moves to 'Negotiation.' Nora schedules a call reminder 7 days out. If after 7 days there's still no activity, she sends the rep a Slack reminder at 10am: 'Acme Corp deal in Negotiation needs follow-up call today.' Rep calls, moves deal forward.
How it works
- Nora monitors all deals for stage changes
- When a deal moves to a new stage, creates a follow-up reminder
- Sets reminder date based on stage-interval rules
- Sends a Slack/email reminder to the deal owner at the right time
- If activity is logged, clears the reminder and reschedules
- Escalates to manager if reminder is ignored for 2 days
