Nora takes the contact name and company, then queries publicly available data sources (LinkedIn, company website, email verification APIs) to find: job title, direct email, phone, LinkedIn URL, and company industry. She then auto-fills these fields on the Pipedrive contact record. For privacy, Nora only uses publicly listed information. If no data is found, the automation skips that field. Example: A lead magnet captures 'John Smith, Acme Corp' but no email or title. When John is added to Pipedrive, Nora looks him up, finds he's 'VP Sales at Acme,' gets his email from the company site, and adds both to Pipedrive within seconds.
