Automatic Activity Reminders
Nora reminds sellers to log calls, emails, and meetings for each deal
Pipedrive is only useful if activities are logged. This automation nudges sellers to record activities on deals they own, ensuring your CRM stays clean and trackable.
Sellers forget to log activities. They have a call, hang up, move to the next deal, and forget to add a note to Pipedrive. This gaps your data, makes forecasting unreliable, and orphans crucial context. This automation monitors all open deals assigned to each seller. Once a day (9am default), Nora checks: which deals are older than 5 days with zero activity logged? For those deals, she sends a Slack or email reminder to the owner, listing the stale deals and asking them to log a quick update. You configure the threshold (5 days default) and reminder channel (email or Slack). Sellers who consistently log activities can be muted (opt-out) to reduce noise. Example: Your rep Sarah owns 12 deals. Nora sees that 4 of them haven't had activity logged in the past week. At 9am, she gets a message: 'Hey Sarah, 4 deals need activity updates: [deal names]. Take 2 min to log a call/email.' Sarah logs activities, and now your pipeline data is current.
How it works
- Nora queries all open deals grouped by assigned seller
- For each deal, checks last activity timestamp
- Identifies deals without activity for 5+ days
- Sends a reminder to the seller (email/Slack)
- Logs reminders sent for audit trail
- Tracks which sellers consistently log activities
