You set a threshold—unsubscribe from emails you've opened fewer than 20% of the time in the past 3 months. This is less aggressive than 'unsubscribe from all marketing', but catches the clutter. Nora sends a weekly summary of what it unsubscribed you from, so you can re-subscribe if you change your mind.
