Slack Notification for Bookings
Get instant Slack alerts when someone books a time on Calendly
New bookings should feel real-time. This automation sends a Slack message to you (and your team) the instant someone schedules a call.
Someone books a call on your Calendly, but you don't check it for hours. They're waiting to hear from you, and you've missed a day. Lose momentum. This automation monitors your Calendly for new bookings and sends an instant Slack message to you (or a team channel) with: attendee name, meeting title, scheduled time, and a link to the Calendly event. Slack message example: '📅 New booking! Sarah Chen booked "Sales Demo" for Thu Mar 20 at 2pm PT. [View on Calendly].' You can customize the channel (your DM, #sales, #bookings, etc.) and the message template. Example: A prospect books a demo on your Calendly at 3pm. Within 10 seconds, your #sales channel gets a notification. Your sales manager sees it, pulls up the Calendly details, and sends the prospect a personal message: 'Excited to chat with you about your use case tomorrow!' Prospect feels the love, shows up on time, and closes. Without this automation, the booking sits there and the prospect never hears from you until you check Calendly in the evening.

- Nora detects a new booking on Calendly
