Send Booking Reminders
Nora sends reminder emails 24h and 1h before scheduled calls
No-shows waste time. This automation sends email reminders to both you and the person booked, 24 hours and 1 hour before the call.
Scheduled meetings have a default no-show rate of 15-20%. The best way to reduce no-shows is reminders. This automation monitors your Calendly for confirmed bookings. 24 hours before each meeting, Nora sends a reminder email to the attendee with a confirmation link ('Yes, I'll be there') and the call details (Zoom link, agenda, etc.). The email is friendly and brief. One hour before the meeting, Nora sends a second reminder to both the attendee and you: 'Your call with [name] starts in 1 hour. [Zoom link].' If the attendee confirms in the 24-hour email, Nora marks them as 'confirmed' and adjusts her tone in the 1-hour reminder to enthusiastic. If they don't confirm, the 1-hour reminder is more urgent: 'We have a call in 1 hour. Please confirm you're still available.' Example: You book a sales call with a prospect. 24 hours before, they get a friendly reminder. They click 'Confirm.' One hour before, they get another reminder with your Zoom link. They join on time. No-show avoided. Your sales team's close rate stays high because calls actually happen.
