Auto-Log Meeting Notes to CRM
Meeting notes you add to Calendly are automatically logged to your CRM deal
You take notes in Calendly, but your CRM doesn't know. This automation syncs Calendly meeting notes to your Pipedrive or Zoho deal, keeping your CRM timeline complete.
Sales reps take notes during calls in Calendly, but those notes never make it to the CRM. Your CRM shows no activity, no context, and the next person who touches the deal has zero insight. This automation syncs Calendly meeting notes to your CRM. When you add notes to a Calendly event (or after the meeting ends if notes are added later), Nora reads those notes and logs them to the matching deal in your CRM (Pipedrive, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.). Nora matches the CRM deal by: attendee email address → CRM contact → linked deal. She then creates an 'activity' or 'note' in the CRM with your Calendly notes. Example: You have a call with prospect john@acme.com. During the call, you add notes to Calendly: 'Interested in annual plan. Budget approved. Need CEO sign-off. Next call: Tuesday 3pm.' After the call, Nora reads those notes and logs them to the Acme Corp deal in Pipedrive. Your sales manager views the deal later and immediately sees the context: budget approved, waiting on CEO, next call scheduled. No confusion.
How it works
- Nora reads notes added to a Calendly event
- Extracts attendee email address
- Looks up attendee in your CRM (Pipedrive, Zoho, etc.)
- Finds linked deal in CRM
- Logs Calendly notes as an activity/note in the deal
- Tags with meeting date and attendee name
