Follow-Up After Meeting
Nora sends follow-up emails and next steps after your Calendly meetings end
The day after a meeting, Nora sends a personalized follow-up email with a summary of what was discussed and next steps.
Most meetings end with 'I'll send you a summary.' But nobody does. The prospect waits, forgets, and the deal stalls. This automation monitors your Calendly meetings. After a meeting ends, Nora waits 24 hours (to give you time to add notes), then pulls the meeting details and any notes you added to the Calendly event. She then generates a follow-up email to the attendee: 'Thanks for chatting yesterday! Here's a quick summary: [2-3 key points from meeting notes]. Next steps: [next step with owner and date]. Questions? Reply here.' You can customize the template. Nora also attaches any documents or links you added to the Calendly event. Example: You have a sales call on Tuesday. During the call, you take Calendly notes: 'Prospect interested in annual plan. Needs to check with CEO. Follow-up call scheduled for next Tuesday.' After the call ends, Calendly event is closed. 24 hours later (Wednesday), Nora sends a follow-up to the prospect: 'Thanks for our chat yesterday. You're interested in the annual plan ($X/year). Next step: you'll check with your CEO, and we'll connect again Tuesday. [Zoom link for Tuesday call].' Prospect gets a professional, timely follow-up without you typing a word.
