Sync Calendly Availability to Team Calendar
Your Calendly availability is mirrored to your team's shared calendar
When you block off unavailable times on Calendly, those times are automatically marked as busy on your team's shared calendar, preventing double-booking.
Scheduling collisions happen: someone books you on Calendly for 2pm, but you already have a 2pm meeting on your team calendar. You end up double-booked and canceling one meeting. This automation syncs your Calendly availability with your shared team calendar. When you block off times as unavailable on Calendly (or someone books a meeting), Nora marks those times as 'busy' on your Google Calendar or Outlook. Conversely, if you block time on your Google Calendar, it's synced back to Calendly as unavailable. You configure the calendar connection (Google Calendar, Outlook, etc.) and which calendars to sync. Example: You block off 2-3pm on your calendar for an internal meeting. Nora syncs this to Calendly as unavailable. Someone tries to book you at 2:30pm on Calendly—it's blocked. They see you're busy and pick a different time. No conflict. Without sync, they book you, you're double-booked, and one meeting gets canceled.
How it works
- Nora monitors your Calendly for new bookings and blocked times
- Syncs booked/blocked times to your team's shared calendar
- Monitors team calendar for new busy blocks
- Syncs busy blocks back to Calendly as unavailable
- Prevents double-bookings by checking both sources
- Sends conflict alerts if a booking overlaps
