Trello Sprint Velocity Chart
Track sprint velocity automatically—see if your estimates are accurate.
Nora maps your Trello board as a sprint, calculates completed cards/points each day, and shows a burndown and velocity trend.
Nora treats your Trello board as a sprint: Backlog → To Do → In Progress → Done. Each sprint (2 weeks default), Nora tracks cards completed daily and builds a burndown chart. If you use story points (in card titles or custom fields), Nora calculates velocity: how many points completed per sprint. Over 3+ sprints, Nora shows velocity trend and forecasts: 'At current pace, you'll complete 28 points.' This tells you if your estimates are realistic and if your team is getting faster or slower. Invaluable for distributed teams or leaders managing without daily standups.
How it works

- Add story points to cards (in title, custom field, or label)
- Authenticate Trello and define sprint dates
- Nora tracks burndown and calculates velocity
- Review sprint summary and forecast on Friday
