For your sales team, Nora sends an alert for subscriptions at-risk of churning. If a customer's subscription is about to expire and engagement metrics (logins, usage) are low, Nora flags it: '[Customer] subscription expires in 7 days. Usage is 20% below normal. Recommend outreach before churn.' Your team can proactively reach out with retention offers (discount, extra features, etc.).
