Nora monitors your Monday boards for items that haven't changed status in N days. Get alerts so you can unblock stuck work.
Items get stuck. Nora checks your Monday boards daily and flags items that have been in the same status (e.g., 'In Progress', 'Review') for more than a set threshold (default 3 days). When an item is stuck, Nora alerts the assignee's manager with a note: 'Task X has been in Review for 4 days—may need help.' This surfaces blockers early so managers can intervene before deadlines slip. Configurable per board: some boards expect items to move daily, others weekly.
