Nora checks your Linear backlog twice daily. When an issue is marked High or Urgent and hasn't moved to In Progress within 24 hours, Nora alerts the engineering lead: 'Issue X (Urgent) hasn't started—may need attention.' The alert includes issue priority, components affected, and how long it's been waiting. This catches priority issues that slip through the cracks and ensures urgent work actually gets urgent treatment. Configurable per team: some teams respond to urgent within 4 hours, others within 24 hours.
