The report forecasts next cycle: 'Team completed 34 issues last cycle—should plan ~33 for next cycle.' This turns cycle planning from a guessing game into data-driven forecasting. The report includes a drill-down: which team completed most, which component had most blockers, etc. Great for product teams, especially those new to cycles.
