Nora analyzes the tone and language for frustration signals: ALL CAPS, repeated punctuation (!!!), negative words ('hate,' 'worst,' 'unacceptable,' 'scam'), and requests for refunds or cancellation. If Nora detects frustration, she immediately: (1) tags the conversation 'ESCALATED,' (2) notifies your support manager via Slack/email with a summary, and (3) suggests talking points for de-escalation.
