Contractor contracts don't renew automatically—you have to manage them manually. Nora tracks all Deel contracts and calculates days to expiry. 60 days before expiry, it sends you a renewal checklist: contractor name, rate, performance summary (hours worked, quality feedback), and a 'Renew' or 'Terminate' button. If you click Renew, Nora auto-extends the contract for another 6 or 12 months (you set the default) and notifies the contractor. If you click Terminate, Nora sets the end date, sends a kind goodbye email, and flags for offboarding. 30 days before expiry, a reminder email goes out. 7 days before, a final priority alert. All decisions logged in a Sheets audit trail.
