Nora monitors your ClickUp tasks for deadline risk. Rules: if a task is due in 2 days and still 'Open', or if a task is past due and not 'Completed', Nora sends an alert to the assignee's manager: 'Task X due in 2 days, still Open—may need help.' Alerts include task name, due date, current status, and assignee. You can configure thresholds: alert 3 days before due date, or only when overdue. This catches projects falling behind before they become crises. Especially valuable for agencies with firm deadlines.
