Nora checks your Airtable base daily and flags records stuck in 'In Progress', 'Pending', or other intermediate statuses for too long.
Records get stuck. In a CRM, a deal stays 'Proposal Sent' for 6 weeks. In an intake form, a submission stays 'Under Review' for 2 weeks. Nora scans your Airtable base daily and compares record age in current status to a threshold (configurable per status: 'In Progress' = 3 days, 'Pending' = 5 days). When a record exceeds the threshold, Nora updates a 'Status Age' field to show days in status, and sends an alert to the owner. This surfaces bottlenecks early and forces decisions: move it forward, close it, or change priority.
