Behavioral Lead Scoring

Score and re-score leads in ActiveCampaign based on their actions

Nora continuously scores leads in ActiveCampaign: email opens, clicks, page visits, demo requests all add points. Hot leads surface automatically; cold leads drop off your radar.

Lead scoring is how you prioritize outreach. But manual scoring is static; a lead scores high once and stays there even if they go silent. This automation creates a living lead score in ActiveCampaign. Every action a contact takes adds points: email open (+5), email click (+10), demo request (+50), pricing page visit (+20). Inactivity subtracts: 10 days no activity (-10), unsubscribe (-100). Nora re-scores every contact daily. As scores change, ActiveCampaign automatically enrolls high-scoring contacts in 'Hot Leads' lists and tags them so your sales team can prioritize. Contacts that drop below 20 points get enrolled in a 're-engagement' sequence. You configure the point values. Nora does the rest: monitoring, updating scores, list enrollment. Example: A prospect subscribes to your newsletter and is unqualified (score 0). Two days later, they open an email, visit pricing, and request a demo. Nora scores them 95 points. ActiveCampaign automatically tags them 'Hot Lead' and notifies your sales team. Your rep gets a Slack ping within 60 seconds of the demo request and calls them while they're interested.

How it works

  1. Nora queries all contacts in ActiveCampaign
  2. Reviews recent actions: opens, clicks, visits, requests
  3. Calculates score for each contact (base + actions - inactivity)
  4. Updates the 'Lead Score' field in ActiveCampaign
  5. Auto-enrolls hot leads (score 50+) in a 'Hot Leads' list
  6. Auto-enrolls cold leads (score <20) in re-engagement sequence
